One of your — and our — favorite offerings is back… with a unique twist: optional massage and bodywork offered while you relax into a live sound bath and restorative journey.

Join us for an evening of gentle movement, supported rest, healing sound, and deep nervous system reset. This special experience features live musicians and sound healers Lauren Davey & Sean Pepers, alongside Josh Holmbo, LMT, and senior teacher and trainer Deven Sisler, who will offer optional hands-on assists along with gentle Swedish and Thai massage techniques throughout the practice.

You’ll begin with soft movement and breathwork to release tension and prepare the body for rest, then settle into supported restorative shapes with bolsters and blankets as sound healing instruments wash over the space. Touch is always optional, with a clear consent system in place that allows you to opt in or out at any time.

This immersive offering is designed to help you unwind, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through the combined power of sound, stillness, and intentional touch.

All levels welcome.

DATE: Saturday, June 13, 6:30–8:00 PM
LOCATION: Namaspa
INVESTMENT: $35

Space is limited and this offering often sells out — please register in advance.

Touch is one of the most powerful tools a yoga teacher has — and one of the most underused. If you’ve been trained to assist but find yourself holding back or skipping it altogether, this workshop is for you. We will explore energetic boundaries, investigate Brahmacharya and increase your confidence and comfort.

Join senior teacher and teacher trainer for this two-hour focused training where you’ll build a practical Savasana assist sequence you can use immediately — transforming touch from uncertain to seamless, and deepening the trust and connection your students return for.

Date: Friday, 6/12, 6:30-8:30pm

Sometimes supporting your community looks like going to a yoga class.
Sometimes it looks like taking a deep breath.
And sometimes … it looks like sharing a meal.

We’re excited to host an upcoming Namaspa Foundation fundraiser at Butgerville, a Pacific Northwest favorite rooted in values we appreciate and have respect for. On their website, they say: “Fast and delicious? Absolutely. But really, it’s all about the pride we take in our Pacific Northwest roots. Over 75% of our menu is sourced within 400 miles, and we’re committed to supporting the local community and economy — one tasty bite at a time.”

They also offer vegetarian and vegan options!

This fundraiser is a simple, meaningful way to give back, and a reminder that where we spend our time and money can have positive ripple effects.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and be part of something that nourishes both individuals and community.

EcoNIDRA - offered by Indy Lockhart of - is a gentle and restorative meditation-like practice that guides us back into connection with ourselves and the earth. It is a blend of the ancient practice of yoga nidra and forest therapy. We’ll be connecting with nature through meditation from inside the cozy studio.

Like yoga nidra, you lie down in a comfortable position and follow the voice of a guide. During the session, you bring your attention to your breath, various sensations, and different parts of your body, helping you enter a state between wakefulness and sleep. Then you are taken on a journey through the earth, listening to natural soundscapes and allowing the imaginal sense to take you wherever you wish to go.

Unlike some forms of meditation that require active concentration, EcoNIDRA allows you to simply let go and be guided into a state of deep relaxation. It brings us to a deep state of non-doing that helps us sleep better, reduce stress, and restore profound peace, relaxation and rejuvenation to the body. EcoNIDRA practice can have the same effect as 3-4 hours of deep, restful sleep.

Join us in the studio and give yourself the gift of stillness.
