This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice, as well as for the veterans and first responders who continue to serve our community every day.
We invite you to spend a moment of reflection at the Bend Heroes Memorial Plaza at Brooks Park. This meaningful space pays tribute to local heroes, with engraved bricks recognizing the individuals who have served. Set along the banks of Mirror Pond, it offers a beautiful place to remember and reflect.
β‘οΈ In observance of the holiday, the BPRD District Office, Park Services, The Pavilion, and Larkspur Community Center are closed. Juniper Swim & Fitness Center will be open from 12:00β4:30 p.m.
