SDF’s hunters have been shining Team NW Equestrian Sports Oregon Trail. Westminster CoQuette Carmen reserve champion in 7 and under hunters. Bushido second and third yesterday in competitive performance hunters. Balotelli great ribbons in his first outing as a hunter in 6 and under Hunter.

Nicole Lean and Pence WTF 3rd in JR/AM Derby. Germaine Dougherty and Continuum 12th in USHJA National Derby. Wendy Krohn’s Bushido and Jenny Hapgood’s Camilla just out of the ribbons this time. Thank you for the beautiful classes.

Great day at the HDHJA Show. All of our riders rode beautifully and even better than that they were kind and supportive to each other. What a great barn family we have at SDF. Thanks to .dougherty for getting all of our riders ready for the show ring!

Who needs a small junior hunter? Quintessa WSS is a 10yo 16.0 7/8h mare whose record speaks for itself. Tessa has excelled in the 3’6” junior hunters at the most prestigious shows in the country, including WEF, Traverse City, and Indoors. She has also won several derbies. We loved watching this pair shine at Woodside this week! After over a year away from the show ring, Continuum & Maddie Becker made a strong showing in the 2’6” hunters and equitation. They placed in the top 8 every day, including a spectacular 🥈 on Sunday in a big, competitive class!
