Saturday 3/14 kept that PR ball rolling with hitting ANOTHER personal best and joining the group! of 225 and 185 respectively. These ladies make me so proud and I cry watching thier progress.

Thursday 3/12 was WILD here at 3Score!!! Personal bests were happening right and left and started a wind fall of growth. The Year of the Fire Horse is off to a gallop! Our Ladies are showing us what Women’s month is about here! hit a shoulder press PR, hit 3 PRs for her bench, squat and push up in 1 day and our broken got her cast off and PR’d her deadbug!!! And had a guest appearance by to celebrate his wife super day!
