✨ CONTEMPORARY MASTER CLASS with Becca Newman ✨

Join us on Friday, August 28 from 6:30–7:30 PM for an inspiring evening of movement, artistry, and growth with nationally recognized choreographer and educator Becca Newman.

As the Artistic Director of The Pointe Performing Arts Center and coach of the University of Oklahoma Dance Team, Becca has impacted dancers across the country through her teaching, choreography, and mentorship. Her award-winning choreography has been recognized by YAGP, and her students have earned some of the industry’s highest honors, including Best Dancer titles, Tremaine Dancer of the Year, Top 10 at The Dance Awards, and gone on to dance with NBA & NFL teams and top collegiate programs.

Known for her focus on technical excellence, artistry, and versatility, this class is an incredible opportunity for dancers looking to challenge themselves and grow as artists.

With Season Nine officially underway, we’re so excited to introduce you to the incredible administrative team behind Carolina Collective Dance Center! 💕

While our teachers are the faces you see in the classroom, these are the amazing people working behind the scenes every day to keep our studio running smoothly. From answering emails and helping families enroll to managing competition logistics and supporting our front desk, they each play a huge role in creating the Carolina Collective experience.

Here’s who to reach out to based on what you need:

🩷 Ariel – Enrollment Coordinator
Questions about enrolling, trial classes, transferring classes, adjusting your schedule, or finding the best class for your dancer? Ariel is your go-to!

🏆 Sara – Competition Coordinator
Competition family? Sara is here to help with competition registration, choreography questions, team logistics, and anything competition-related.

📋 Caitlyn – Studio Coordinator
For general studio operations, policies, schedules, or other day-to-day studio questions, Caitlyn is happy to help.

🩰 Aubrey – Front Desk Receptionist
Need to let us know you’re running late, have a change in pickup, or have another day-of request? Aubrey is your first point of contact and is always ready to assist.

And of course, Mama Tess is always here too! As Owner & Studio Director, she loves getting to know each of our families and am is so grateful for the incredible team that helps make Carolina Collective such a special place.

✨ Two incredible new teachers. One very exciting season ahead.

After months of searching, interviewing, reading resumes, and finding the perfect fit, we’re so excited to officially welcome two amazing new teachers to the Carolina Collective family!

We were looking for more than just impressive resumes- we wanted educators whose values align with ours, who truly love working with young dancers, and who will inspire, encourage, and help our students grow both inside and outside the studio. We couldn’t be happier with these additions to our team!
