Hi, I’m Jenn.
I am a Somatic Yoga Therapist.
My work focuses on helping people understand what their body is holding onto through nervous system support, breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic practices. Sometimes it looks like slowing down to take a breath, sometimes it will@look like learning how to be in your body again.
I work with stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm and the loops that create patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

We are embarking on an adventure August 24-29. This will be a week of deep self care, connection with nature, intentional rest and inner child work.

With all of the chaos, hustle and bustle of the modern world, we forget how to slow down. Then when we do, it feels so uncomfortable. When we ignore the need to slow down for so long, our bodies stop signaling in the gentle way, and start signaling in more intense ways, anxiety, panic, emotional overwhelm.
If you have been experiencing these more intense feelings, rest and embodiment may not be the whole answer, but I can almost guarantee it will supplement your healing.
I offer guided embodiment sessions, having a witness and guide can be so very helpful.
