Yoga here isn’t about becoming someone calmer, prettier, or more disciplined.

It’s a place to put the week down.

Some days that looks like a strong flow.

Some days it’s barely moving, just breathing until your shoulders drop.

Both count.

Zen Riot is a small studio on the Boise Bench for people with real lives — the ones who show up tired, tight, overstimulated, or just needing an hour that doesn’t ask them to perform.

You don’t have to arrive “zen.”

You don’t have to know every pose name.

You don’t have to like every class the first time.

Come try a few. See what your nervous system actually wants.

New to us? 3 weeks unlimited for $44.

Full schedule + booking in the link in bio (or Momence).

Your nervous system doesn’t need another thing to crush this weekend.

It needs a place to put some of it down.

That’s what we’re here for.

Not perfect poses.

Not a vibe you have to fake.

Just real bodies, real breath, and a room on the Bench that doesn’t ask you to be “on.”

Come move.

Come lie down.

Come as you actually are.

New to us? 3 weeks unlimited for $44.

Schedule + booking in bio / Momence.

What keeps bringing you back to Zen Riot?

The lollipops?

The free spring water?

The plant gallery?

Honestly… those don’t hurt.

But it’s usually this:

Someone learns your name.

A teacher who actually sees how you walked in.

A class that meets your nervous system, not just your calendar.

That quiet feeling of oh, I belong here.

The plants are cute.

The people are why you stay.

What brings you back? Tell us in the comments — we’re collecting receipts.

This is the kind of class we care about.

Not just getting through the shapes.

Actually feeling them.

Understanding why the basics still matter years in.

Grateful for students who notice the difference.

It’s easy to find a yoga class in Boise.

It’s harder to find a room where someone learns your name — and means it when they say they’re glad you came.

That’s the part we care about most at Zen Riot.

We notice your face in the doorway.

We remember the class you love.

We don’t treat you like a student on a list or a membership to retain.

You are part of this community. Messy week, good week, first class, hundredth class. You belong here as you are.

If you’ve been looking for more than a workout — come sit with us.

Storm’s words after her Deep Tissue Yin session.

This is why I do this work.

When the body finally feels safe enough to let go of what’s been held for so long… that’s the medicine.

Deep Tissue Yin is one of my favorite offerings — slow, intentional pressure meeting long, supported holds. It’s not about force. It’s about listening.

If your body’s been asking for this kind of release, I’d love to hold that space for you.
