We are a family-friendly Martial Arts Gym, offering classes for all ages and training levels. We have an excellent cadre of instructors, and offer the most affordable rates in the area. We honor any member with special rates who are military/police/emergency paid or volunteer, past or present. Prices:
$135 adult monthly membership
$115 kids (5-15yrs)
$320 Family (immediate family sharing household)
In case yall missed it: Brian put on an absolute masterclass in saddle submissions at the PGF qualifier today, walking his way to the finals while impressing the commentators and viewers alike! Way to represent our gym and little mountain town!! Good job to Liam and Israel and our old friend Jack Cornwell as well; regardless of outcome, it takes more than most will ever know to step on those competition mats, especially at this level!

🚨NEW UPPER BELT ALERT!🚨
It was a distinct honor to recognize Brody with his purple belt tonight in class, while surrounded by great training partners! Brody has trained with us for several years now, and came to us already possessing a phenomenal wrestling background. Even with his existing grappling accolades, Brody has always had a learner’s mindset and that has aided him in furthering his submission game. Obvious skills aside (highlight reeling blackbelts at comps 😎) perhaps the most valued trait Brody has is his excitement to always help new faces. He will be stepping in yo teach both the jiu jitsu and wrestling clubs from App this year, and we know they are in great hands! Congratulations, Brody, we are so proud of your hard work and who you are as a person!
