Welcome to our new followers! We're glad you're here! 🩵
If you're looking for yoga next week, we'd love to see you for any of our drop-in classes! And if you've been wanting to try Chair Yoga (where our poses are seated on a chair and standing), notice we've added a pop-up Wednesday option.
(A "pop-up" class is a class beyond the regular schedule, usually only offered a time or two to meet folks' specific requests.)

Happy to lend one of our vintage clipboards to our friends at 4yoga this afternoon!
Even if you’re not attending our workshop, we hope you can come downtown to enjoy the Duncan Hines Days kickoff activities! And be sure to stop by The Pots Place to chat with Maria and the potters about the many yoga and pottery class options there!

What are you reading this Friday? Angie is reviewing this classic yoga text in preparation for Sunday's workshop, Beyond the Mat!
Looking forward to gathering at the studio to introduce elements of the yamas, the niyamas, and pranayama for folks who want to broaden out their understanding and practice of yoga.

Thanks to our friends and neighbors at Habitat Restore Bowling Green for the shout-out and to our friends and even closer neighbors at Down Dog BG for having the idea to begin this project! If you have spare time and want to support a good cause, check out the volunteer opportunities available at Restore!
