Every summer, we see the same thing: guys go home, lift a little, throw a little, and show up to fall ball the same player they were in May.

Not our guys.

This summer at PDP, HS and college players will get first access to , a game-changing markerless motion capture system we’ve built to break down every frame of a delivery. They’ll sit down with our staff, dig into the data, and build a plan of attack. Then they’ll train it: mechanics, velocity, arm care, mobility, pitch design on TrackMan, strength programs designed by 2× MLB Strength Coach of the Year , throwing programs built in-house, plus and for recovery/nervous system optimization.

Every program designed for sport, not a textbook.
Only 30 spots. 2-month minimum.
5-day: $675/mo

Excited to announce that will be joining the team to offer hitting lessons/training. The former BYU Cougar was an All American and won the triple crown in the West Coast Conference in 2023 and was drafted by the Astros.

Austin will provide an individual approach to each player focused on making changes that result in in-game performance, not just a swing that looks better in the cage.

The difference between throwing hard and throwing efficiently?
➡️ Control of your center of mass and sequencing.

This 3D Strap Step-Back Drill is built to train:
• Balance: owning your move down the mound instead of drifting
• Separation: creating real hip/shoulder stretch without forcing it
• Rotation: learning to rotate faster with a stable foundation

Most athletes rush into rotation and leak energy early.
This drill forces you to stay stacked, load properly, and deliver force in sequence.

Train the pattern.
Then let it eat.

If you feel like your arm is always late or struggle to pull the arm towards the plate, the best fix may not be a mechanical one. Full range Shoulder Adduction in a diagonal direction is often overlooked in most training or arm care programs despite being one of the most important pieces of the throw.

Your issue may not be mechanical, but actually the lack of ability to turn on or activate the muscle. Before you break down your arm action, try this lift.
