Serious question… 🤔

If your goal is to be strong, toned, build curves, and actually hold onto muscle… are GLP 1s helping or hurting that goal?

This is where I struggle as a fitness mentor. I’m seeing more women wanting to “tone up” and build glutes while also wanting to rely on appetite suppression and extremely low calorie intake. The problem? Your body needs fuel to build muscle. Without enough calories and protein, you’re far more likely to lose muscle along with body fat.

So I’m asking you… based on the look you prefer, which would you choose? Before or after? 👀

If you’re insecure about your weight and nervous about going to the gym, understand this… nobody is really focused on you. 💯

And that’s not disrespectful, it’s reality.
Everyone in the gym is focused on their own workout, their own struggles, and their own goals.

People are too busy trying to improve themselves to sit around judging you. So stop holding yourself back because of fear or embarrassment. The gym is for EVERYONE, especially beginners.
