Here is another look at the bull from Turnbull 🫎 on 9/26/26.

This was a really great encounter. He was big, beautiful & pleasantly calm. The biggest bull I have seen so far this season at Turnbull 😊

Awesome experience and an amazing adventure was had! I was lucky enough to share it with a friend 😊🫎😊

Back to the refuge after work. Another eventful morning. Spotted 3 bulls and a cow near the main gate. While Watching the bulls. The elk caught me by surprise and ran across the main road.

I was not quick enough with the camera. Still pretty amazing.

“Sounds of Nature”

This morning the refuge was very active. Drove down after work. 1st pass bull moose in the distance. Mule deer family on the back side and several black tail deer.

Second pass spotted a work mate. We Drove around together and found a bull moose near the side of the road. He just looked over at us and sat down as we went by. A cow appeared soon after near 30 acre lake.

On the way out to bulls to the left near the front gate. A pleasant way to begin or end the day 🤪😊🤪

Get out and go for an Adventure today 😊🫎🦉🐻🏔️🦃🥾🚣‍♂️🚵🚣‍♂️📸🦮🏂

Here are a few photos of the bulls seen at Turnbull in the last few days.

One near the visitor center today. A very brief sighting yesterday near 30 acre lake. One other near black horse lake trail .

6am 7am 11am 2pm 3:30pm 5pm…..
There’s never a bad time to spot a moose. Perhaps,the moose are spotting me?
