The crew was back at Nine Giant Fermentorium in Pleasant Ridge tonight. That means some hilly miles. 💪🏻 We are just over a week away from race weekend in Indy. The vibes are palpable.

This was our final run/ruck from the Ferm this fall. Their b**r slaps! We want to thank them for their continued support. See y’all in the spring. ✌🏻

A crisp and breezy seven miles this morning for the crew. Felt good to taper in advance of Indy in just two weeks.

A big shout out to Esoteric Brewing Company for hosting us all week. Post-run/ruck b**rs and the breakfast goodies & b**r infusions were excellent this morning. 🍺🫶🏻

The crew is tapering until race day in Indy in just over two weeks. Tapering is less volume but same intensity. The intensity was high tonight attempting to get down to race pace while dealing with all the elevation around Esoteric Brewing Company. Nevertheless, there was an attempt. Hills make stronger runners/ruckers. 💪🏻

Sunday Runday without Who Dey. Congrats to Jesse, Todd, and Courtney for ripping the Columbus half marathon. Nick demolished the Columbus full marathon…his first. 😤 Brandon torched the Detroit full marathon. Awesome work, y’all! 💪🏻

A chilly morning for our longest run/ruck of fall training. The hay is in the barn. We are race ready! Time to taper.

Trail time tonight from Fifty West Brewing Company. An out and back route gave us the opportunity to throw in some Fartlek training too. It was soupy out though. 🥵 We’re looking forward to some cooler temps for our longest training run on Saturday. 🙏🏻

Smaller crew this morning at MadTree Brewing for a crisp seven mile run/ruck. We are tapering in advance of our peak week.

The crew is at MadTree Brewing for both group runs/rucks this week. Tonight was our highest Wednesday night mileage of fall training as we prep for our peak week next week. 💪🏻

It’s getting dark earlier and that means action shots are getting blurry. 🙄 Y’all are gonna be stuck with group pics and post-run/ruck celebration pics for a bit. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The crew was back at Rhinegeist this morning. Temps were perfect for a long run. 👌🏻 We taper next week before we peak the following week. Race weekend is in sight! 🤘🏻

The crew was at Nine Giant Fermentorium tonight. That means hills…lots of them. 😎 We also had hill sprints to tackle mid route. The icing on the cake was scaling the Langdon Farm hill on the way back to The Ferm. Brutal! Sorry, not sorry though. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Hills make stronger runners and ruckers.

The b**rs at NGF kept us motivated. We will be back here one more time this fall. 🍺
