Muggy af miles from Northern Row Brewery & Distillery tonight for the crew. There was an attempt at race pace training but conditions were subpar. 🙃 We tried.

Mileage increases quickly the next few weeks as we enter our build phase. LFG! 😤

The storms cleared out just before our run/ruck this morning from Braxton Brewing Company. We ended up with some pleasant temps too! 🙏🏻

We are tapering this weekend before training kicks into high gear. 😤

Tonight’s run/ruck was brutal…not gonna lie. Heat, humidity, and hills (bridges) made this one a character builder.

The crew was at Fifty West Brewing Company tonight. We tackled the Wooster Pike hill on our route and had hill sprints to boot. Hills sprints are my favorite and so are the action shots of the crew ripping them. Not sure everyone feels the same. 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

The crew was back at thirdeyebrewing this morning. We had a muggy and hilly-ish route to tackle. Everyone did great and post-run/ruck beverages were fantastic!

It was a humid morning for our group run/ruck! 🥵 Tackling the Linwood hill added to the “fun”. Hills make stronger BrewRunners and BrewRuckers though.
