NEW this summer — FULL 90-minute training sessions designed to elevate your game for athletes 12 y/o +

Sessions will include:
🔥 Sportsmetric injury prevention warm-up
⚽ Technical + tactical
🥅 Small-sided games with finishing
💪 Fitness, strengthening, and core work
🧘 Cool-down + recovery work

This is a complete, high-level 90-minute session focused on performance, development, and injury prevention.

📢📢PLEASE FIX MY KID!📢📢

If your child falls into one of these categories:

I am often asked if I can “fix” how someone’s child runs. And honestly, as a mom of four myself, I get it. When your child moves awkwardly or struggles physically, the natural reaction is wanting someone to fix it. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CHILD!!

But what I encourage is something deeper than a quick fix.

Instead of “fixing” kids, let’s give them tools. Let’s STRENGTHEN the parts of their body that need support. Let’s IMPROVE movement patterns, coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and confidence — and then see how their running form naturally improves.

Your child does the work and I provide:
Tools for better movement
Form and mechanics coaching
Strength and fitness support
Injury prevention concepts
Confidence-building encouragement

Most importantly, I want to breathe life into kids — helping them believe their bodies are CAPABLE, STRONG, ATHLETIC, and IMPROVING every single workout (whether from working with me or on their own.)

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t just physical. It’s watching a child begin to BELIEVE in themselves.

Let’s be real—one private or small group session isn’t going to magically make your child “pro-ready.” But it can make a difference.

It can:
• provide a different voice your child may need to hear
• build confidence heading into evaluations
• create a space to train freely, without judgment

This part of the season can feel heavy—for kids and parents.

Parents, a reminder:
• don’t project your own nerves onto your child
• give them opportunities that challenge them and make them feel comfortable
• let them help guide the process
• speak life into their confidence
