Do you dance? Is the infamous question. I have found in my 30 year career that there are popular answers to that question. “Oh no, I have no rhythm.” or “oh no I don’t like to dance” or “ I have two left feet”….. and once in a while you’ll get “I love to dance” my lifelong quest, how do I get more people to say “I’d love to try to dance” .

Truth be told with enough patience, tenacity, guidance and desire anyone can dance. I truly mean anyone. I don’t want to sound mellow dramatic, but please understand; dancing is a game changer.

Dancing allows us to become better communicators within ourselves. Dancing teaches as patience and understanding. Dancing teaches us to except one another as equals. Dancing teaches us that encouragement and edification are the only true ways to achieve a joyous goal. Dancing is fun . Dancing gets your heart rate up helps you burn calories and rack up steps. Dancing changes your disposition into a positive outlook! Oh, and dance to the music of your choice, all the time every time. Dancing is the Queen ; Music is the King!
