Kick off the evening with a calming 60-minute Qigong session led by Master Shifu Orlando Schiaffino, founder of Sadana Center in Clearwater. Often called “meditation in motion,” this gentle practice includes flowing movements, mindful breathing, and grounding energy ~perfect for all levels (no experience needed)! 🌿💫

After opening your body’s natural energy, relax and receive a 40-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath with my spiritual sister Jess Griffin Yoga Instructor & Sound healing practitioner to help your body unwind and integrate deeply.

Then, at 7:15 PM, we’ll enjoy the sunset together 🌅, followed by warm spiced apple c***r 🍎🔥

Investment: $55 per person.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else to keep comfortable.

Activate your energy, restore balance, and explore authentic ancient Taoist healing methods.

Discover how to:

- Release accumulated emotions and tension

- Direct Qi deeply into the bone marrow and skin

- Cleanse the mind and nervous system

- Stimulate healing through intentional percussion near the bones.

Grand Master Lau Laos employed tapping techniques to align the spine and release tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips.

His system also incorporated bamboo sticks and flat river stones.

Passed down through a unique Taoist lineage, these techniques were taught to Shifu Orlando by Grandmaster Lau Laos, who learned directly from two Red Army bodyguards of Chairman Mao Zedong.

This is the first time Shifu Orlando is publicly sharing these unique methods in the United States in a Qigong Workshop.

Following the Tapping Qigong practice, Shifu Orlando will guide participants through the elegant movements of Wudang Taichi, based on the eight natural forces:

This workshop is only for students who completed the Shamanic Drumming Workshop I

About the event
Deepen your connection with the shamanic drum through therapeutic rhythms designed to cleanse, harmonize, and release stagnant energy. This second‑level workshop builds on foundational techniques from Shamanic Drumming Workshop I and expands into both personal and client‑focused applications.

You will learn:

Auric Field Cleansing Rhythm — A drum pattern used to clear another person’s energetic field, supporting balance and restoration.

Self‑Treatment Rhythm — A method for dispersing blocked energy held in the body’s layers, often influenced by the five harmful emotions: anger, anxiety, overthinking, grief, and fear.

Additional techniques include:

Vibrational Dispersion — Using the primordial pulse of the shamanic drum as an energetic massage to dissolve dense or stagnant frequencies absorbed from daily environments.

Emotional Release — Harnessing deep sound vibrations to surface and release stress, grief, anxiety, and unwanted influences.

Space Cleansing Practices — Learn how to energetically cleanse homes and businesses using sage and palo santo to restore harmony and clarity.

Prerequisite: Completion of Shamanic Drumming Workshop I.

Shamanic Drum Workshop 🫎
This is our last Shamanic Drum workshop of 2026.

We are ready to reconnect with sacred rhythms, dance, and a legacy that is part of human history.

Throughout my 28 years of research and learning with shamanic instruments, many people who have attended my sound bath meditations have asked me to teach workshops on training to become a Sound therapist.

It is impossible for me to teach in a single weekend what took me years to learn.

However, exploring and connecting with the legacy of a single instrument is a different story.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for sound healing therapists, yoga instructors, and energy work practitioners who wish to discover a sacred tool—a tool imbued with pure medicine and connected to the ancestors of Mother Earth.

The course is open to participants of all levels.

Each participant must bring their own drum and mallet, as the Sadana Center will not provide the instruments.

What will we discover, and how will we find healing on this sound journey?

• We will delve into the Medicine Wheel, the elements, the forces of the universe, and drum rhythms.

• By integrating the nourishing movements of shamanic dance with an understanding of various drum rhythms, we will activate both brain hemispheres, fostering healing of the body and mind through harmonious rhythmic interaction.

The course includes:

• Offerings for the drum (participants may bring roses, crystals, fruit, sugar, cinnamon sticks, legumes, rice, or other items to create our altar and connect with the ancestors).

• Connecting and embracing the spirit of your drum.

• The Dance of the Heart. • Introduction to each rhythm and its connection to the elements and the Medicine Wheel.

• Guided practice with Shifu Orlando on using these tools in sound healing sessions or energy work.
