Melanie has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Florida and multiple fitness certifications, including faith-based yoga training.

A proud mom of two amazing boys, Melanie treasures family time with her husband, whom she met through friends and fitness. Together, they enjoy running, dining out, and creating lasting memories as a family.

Melanie loves teaching Healthy Homes because of the strong sense of community and positivity she feels every time she logs on to lead a class. She believes movement is a gift and is passionate about helping members live life safely and strongly. The members inspire her every single day!
