COMING 2027!
We are excited to announce our newest SCHEELS location: Wauwatosa, WI in 2027. Located at Mayfair, our newest store will include our signature Ginna's cafe, a Fuzziwig's Candy Shop, and 84 specialty shops with premium services for golf, archery, bikes, and more.

SCHEELS Opening in Colorado Springs!
SCHEELS is an employee-owned all sports retailer and is excited to announce Colorado’s second SCHEELS location coming to Colorado Springs in March of 2021! This location will mark SCHEELS’ 29th store in the USA.
The new shopping destination is planned for Interquest Marketplace near the Great Wolf Lodge, the Summit Entertainment Center and the Hollywood Theater, and will feature 220,000 square feet of retail adventure for the entire family.
Similar to the Johnstown location, the new Colorado Springs SCHEELS will be home to entertainment attractions, specialty shops and boutiques with the best brand names under one roof. This includes 75 specialty shops staffed by trained experts who focus on their passions. The one-of-a-kind retail adventure will attract sports enthusiasts, outdoor explorers and shoppers seeking a wide variety of fashion, footwear and home goods.
The Colorado Springs SCHEELS will also sell fun, with a variety of family-friendly attractions. These include a 65-foot operating Ferris Wheel, a 16,000-gallon saltwater aquarium with more than 600 fish, a wildlife mountain, and Fuzziwig’s Candy Shop. Shoppers will have the opportunity to enjoy interactive arcade games and sports simulators, and specialty treats at Ginna’s Cafe, a restaurant serving gourmet soups and sandwiches, homemade fudge and specialty coffee.
“With the success of our store in Johnstown, Colorado, we are thrilled to bring a second store to the Colorado market and specifically to Colorado Springs,” said SCHEELS CEO Steve M. Scheel. “We are excited to be part of the Interquest Marketplace and want to thank Mayor Suthers, The City Council, The City of Colorado Springs, Chris Jenkins, and the team at Nor’Wood Development for help bringing this project to life. We look forward to working with them throughout the building process, as we become a new partner in the Colorado Springs community.”
The Colorado Springs SCHEELS will be the company’s 29th location, with 27 existing stores and 2 scheduled to open in 2020. A new store in Eden Prairie, Minn., replacing a smaller store, and a new market in The Colony, Texas. The Colorado Springs store will employ more than 350 associates, all employee owners, who look forward to bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to Colorado Springs.
