Today marks 7 years for us! What a ride it’s been. We appreciate each and every single person who’s come through our doors to support us, it means the world. It’s all of you who make this gym what it is, the culture, the atmosphere, and the experience every time you walk in the door.

This year will be our biggest year yet, more people have become apart of our family, more equipment coming in, and so much in store down the road. We are just getting started!

Workout Wednesday 🏋️

Technique Tuesday 🏋️

Here is one of the BEST shoulder exercises you’ve never seen!

learned this from Eric Serrano who is big on shoulder health

Key points to note here

1️⃣ Make sure you are sitting far back enough that you are even or almost even to the Rig/Squat Rack

2️⃣ When your or your training partner are pressing the BIGGEST detail overlooked is pressing back into the posts. Resisting the PVC from coming off the rack here is the key

3️⃣ The partner who has the resistance bands, it is ideal to add some resistance and pull both simultaneously along with individually to make each sides work together/independently
