I’m still full from the healing that took place this past weekend. Just a few days ago, I sat in a room filled with beautiful women from many different backgrounds and openly shared my story—my testimony of EVERYTHING I have endured and the journey that has brought me to where I am today.

It was a story marked by trauma, pain, grief, loss, shame, disappointment, anger, fear, and so many other adversities. Yet, it was also a story of victory, triumph, blessings, healing, joy, favor, gratitude, peace, freedom, and so much more.

Together, we created space for honesty, vulnerability, and connection. I was deeply honored to hear pieces of their stories and beyond blessed to have the opportunity to pour into these ladies, offer encouragement, and remind them that their pain does not have to be the end of their story.

There is so much power in sharing our truth. This experience was a beautiful reminder that our testimonies can become a source of hope, strength, and freedom for someone else.

✨ Had an incredible sound bath experience today with Dr. Ree-Bound 2 Rize, LLC and Yohko Phillips at the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures and Education Center . The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls left me feeling warm, peaceful, and completely present. I even saw beautiful shifting colors and lights during the session, something I've never experienced before. Such a unique and restorative journey. Thank you both for sharing your gifts! 🙏💜✨
