Saturday’s workout was all about one thing… keep moving. 🔥

12 Days style, starting at 5 and climbing all the way to 14. The farther you got, the more work you had waiting for you on the way back down. 😮‍💨

A little strategy, a lot of sweat, and plenty of “whose idea was this?!” 😂

Saturday crew showed up and got it DONE. 👏💪

Leg day called for front squats… and apparently the playlist understood the assignment. 😂

Down we go. Up we fight. Repeat. 🔥

Came in practicing double unders… casually unlocked a TRIPLE UNDER. 🕸️🔥

With great power comes great jump rope skills. 😂
