Happy Birthday Teresa! If you haven’t met this woman yet, she is one of MANY hats and does so much more than you could imagine. She’s our HOM, our IMPACTOR, our LOMIE, and behind the scenes Guru. Teresa is someone who will love and care for you the moment you show up, anticipate your needs, and be ready to guide you in support of those needs, while also juggling the many things we don’t see. She is a woman of heart, of connection, and of willing to learn and grow and do better. WE are so very grateful to have you in our lives and for ALL that you do for this community and those you come in contact with. You can catch Teresa King Cantrelle at the studio teaching Warm Flow on Mondays at 7:30am, Yin on Monday at 9am, and on Friday rotations teaching Yin at 9am, along with Wednesday evenings Yin Rotations at 5:30pm, rotations on the weekend classes for Warm or Power Flow, and picking up a Power Flow or Warm Flow sub classes on the schedule, come check her out and give her some love!
