Between October and December, we become one of the busiest Christmas lighting companies in the country. That means someone has to keep 35–40 people, trucks, trailers, materials, schedules, warehouses, and customers all moving in the same direction.

That someone might be you.

You'll be:

🎄 Scheduling crews.
🎄 Running materials.
🎄 Managing the warehouse.
🎄 Collecting payments.
🎄 Living inside Jobber.
🎄 Solving problems nobody saw coming.
🎄 Occasionally hearing, "Hey... quick question..." from the owner. (It's never a quick question.)

We'd love it if you:

• Have 1–2 years of operations or project management experience.
• Are bilingual (Spanish/English)—it's a huge plus since many of our crews primarily speak Spanish.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Don't mind traveling out of state for up to two weeks on larger commercial projects.
• Can laugh when the ladder gets stuck in a tree...after you figure out how to get it down.
