As young people transition into adulthood, routines, services, and supports may change. But the need to move, connect, stay healthy, and keep growing remains.
That's an important part of the conversation we're bringing to The Arc of Massachusetts 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 conference today!
At Inclusive Fitness, we believe fitness should be a fundamental part of preparing for adulthood — and supporting lifelong health, wellness, and independence.
Through neuroadaptive fitness training, we meet each athlete where they are, tailoring programs to their individual abilities and goals.
And our focus goes beyond physical strength. We help athletes build stamina, stability, mobility, and confidence — capabilities that carry over into everyday life and support greater independence, recreation, work, and participation in the community.
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 — building strength in the gym to support a full, active, and healthy life.

Inclusive Fitness President Greg Austin and IF athlete and self-advocate Dan O'Donnell will share their experiences and perspectives in our workshop:

We'll share real athlete stories and practical examples of how fitness can become a meaningful, ongoing part of the transition to adulthood — and why physical activity and wellness matter just as much beyond the transition years.
