Sneaky

Got a production run of the toe poppers done yesterday , they hit the website 2/14/26! 3 for $12

Check the video as do to some of our beta testers tricks it can now be used as a impact gr***de when thrown like a Frisbee/Ninja star

This is a great demo on why we never bring a 3d printed product to market... aside from vastly higher strengths, surface finish and all the other engineering reasons......
its a time thing....
once the Morgan is dialed in, we are making a mine in under a min instead of one every 2h and 20m on the 3d printer
the printer would have to run for almost 10 days to make the 100 part run we did in under 2 hours

To fix the uneven part shrink we had to machine a complete new core side but was able to make changes to the cavity side of the mold to save it

Long story short the mine base plate in the top of the photo shrinks more then the top of the mine as the top has all sorts of holes and angles in the metal that stops the shrink so the molds have to be different sizes to make a part that is the same size and snap fits together. Makes my brain hurt!

That said I am now very happy with the fit/finish and end result, its sub 30 seconds to twist the two 1/2s off the sprue, load the 3 adult snap pyro charges and snap the unit together.

The mold is going to need changes to tighten up some tolerances (uneven shrink) , but the result is good enuf for performance and durability testing.
Here is it getting run over by a Toyota Tundra and taking no damage
As usual the recording doesn't do the sound justice, you could CLEARLY hear the mine going off inside the truck with the windows up!

We had 4 main design criteria for this project
1 Drone Deployable
2 Sub $5 retail price point
3 Sensitive enough for anti personal use
4 Robust enough for repeated anti vehicle use

#1 ended up being at odds with every thing else, and given the limited amount of "bomber" drones being fielded it was dropped

Everything else seems to be on track!!!!

Finished the tooling for the Toe Popper tonight
a bit over 25 hours of Machining/Polishing/Texturing (and a few speed bumps 😝) to make both sides

MilSim MOLLE lock Larperator rubber knife 02/02/2026

well that's a new milestone !
the "MilSim MOLLE lock Larperator rubber knife" video Has hit 3/4 of a million views, a big deal given most of my stuff is sub 2k views

Why?

The Internet Tactical Expects arrived and never mind what the title says😂 they are hear to tell everyone that that some one would get them self's killed if they tried to use it in a real-world combat situation....

"my boot knife and Kbar on my magvest is plenty"

" no sheathe, your going to cut the strap simply by movement and certainly sheathing and drawing"

"Ur dead ur sooo dead if you buy this for the clutch"

"Very clever carry knife there as Rambo.... Unfortunately Rambo movies weren´t real. Pls don´t call random wannabe tactical trash by "Milsim""

"A K bar is a much better weapon and utility knife"

"I'd rather have a punch knife or a quick draw with a finger gaurd something I can slide behind my mags and deploy quickly and while even injured."

A good bit of adjustment(15 hours CAD) to make the mine injection moldable and the mold machinable on a 3 axis mill

All right this years development cycle has yielded 3 proof of concept Items
what one should be put in to the development pipe line 1st and start prototyping(Ie spend resources on an injection mold)

#1 we have the MOLE lock fighting knife
+its a unique and useful design and the right size
- our rubber knifes have never sold well

#2 We have a 40mm barrel sealing foster slug (drag stabilized like its 12g little brother). This allows for the use of just about any 40mm gas shell. Its lighter weight so it will fly better/faster/farther with low powered shells then the currant rounds on the market

+in injected molded rubber it will be lower price and 40mm ammo is hands down our best selling market
- we all ready make a lot of different 40mm rounds

#3 the toe popper
+ low price point and is easy and effective
- the adult snap flashbangs and tripwires never really sold well i don't know if a pressure mine will do any better

Hey FB, see the bare foot!! this is not violence or danger

Well that took a turn
gone is the wing to cause it to "maple seed" , couldn't get it to be reliable stable hitting concreate, and was getting in the way of the rest of the design criteria and really how many "drop" outfitted drones are in the sport any way

tripled the pyro load
increased the sensitivity to the point it can be thrown and go off on impact
2 piece snap together design set up for injection molding
"desensitizing" clip for loading and transport....
Injected molded in HDPE it should survive being run over allowing for antivehicular use
