We will be continuing our morning workouts at Concourse K (47th and Kingston) Tuesday (4/5). Workouts will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays in May and designed for kids 11-14. This segment will be 8 sessions 7-8(ish) on those mornings and will focus on strength and conditioning. We are doing them for Nighthawk Elite Youth Football but they are obviously good for kids in any sport. Cost is $160 per the eight workout segments (8 total workout days). You can register below, but reach out to me if you have any questions. We want to keep the program to about 20 participants. Thank you!
