Squats Are Bad For Your Body:
Sooo... we aren’t sure who is circulating this but pretty much every SPENGA workout smashes this myth (if you are in correct form). Our REP section is full of many different moves geared toward building up all that good glute/leg muscle. Our instructors are also there making sure you are doing each move correctly! Recovery Tip 💚 Load up on magnesium after your workout!
We lose magnesium as we sweat! So during your workout, you lose more than normal. That means we have to replenish that by eating magnesium-rich foods. Milk, seeds, greens, almonds, cashews, and other nuts are great snacks that contain magnesium. Other foods like salmon, halibut, and avocado can make up a healthy magnesium-rich meal to help replenish and repair your body. It helps you recover and get the most out of every single workout!

Drinking water helps you burn calories!! 🔥 Drinking water all day means your body is constantly processing. The energy required to do that burns more calories at rest! Plus drinking COLD water forces your body to consistently try to maintain its temperature, which again gives a boost to thermogenesis! In other words.... drink your water!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Top each pita bread with tomato sauce, lettuce, tomato slices, basil, and fresh mozzarella.
3. Bake on a baking sheet covered in foil paper for 5-7 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
4. Remove from oven and enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
