Grant Peterson
•
Every session that Grant steps into he always finds a way to better himself! If it’s sprints, he’s beating his last time. If it’s jumps, he’s setting a new pr. If it’s on to the weights, he’s adding more while keeping his technique sound!
•
The last few months Grant has seen tremendous improvements in his speed, power, and strength. During that time, we have also seen his confidence and work ethic continue building up along side the work he has been putting in!
•
Here’s a quick view of his progress:
18% increase in jump height 🦿
🏋️♂️21% increase in strength
10yd sprint: ⬇️.247 seconds
Flying 10(5yd build):⬇️.212 seconds
•
Keep crushing it Grant! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

Long time ETS athletes, Lake and Aurora have been a staple of what it means to be an ETS athlete here in Duluth! Consistency in and out of season, stepping up to challenges thrown their way and an attitude each session to become 1% better than the sessions before. 💯
•
After finishing her high school career this last winter. Aurora plans to continue her basketball career Luther College. With the work ethic she brings to each session we know the Norse are getting a good one and we’re proud of the work that she has put in and continues to put in leading up to the next level.
•
Lake may be soft spoken individual, but he has not held back when it comes to his training over the last few months. He has seen major strides in not only his vertical power, but his jumping abilities and explosiveness. The dunks are coming soon😤
•
Lake and Aurora are tremendous individuals that bring a great attitude to each session. We are excited to continue watching them grow and dominate in their upcoming seasons.

Determination , hard work, dependability, and an upbeat personality is what Savannah brings to ETS every week. Over the last few months it has been an absolute grind for her. Multiple different sport practices each week, school work, and more. But she found a way to keep pushing and she has EARNED this shout out!
•
A lot of tough training sessions have taken place and her determination has led to her seeing some great improvements in all aspects of performance.(shown in the first picture).
•
It’s been crazy to see her growth over the last year and we can’t wait to see her continue to push herself! Keep up the great work Savannah! We’re proud of your consistent commitment to improving yourself. 💯
