Happy Halloween from Prima! 🎃✨

What a month. What a week. What a studio full of the most magical, joyful, hard-working dancers we could ask for.

October brought Nutcracker rehearsals, Student Assistants leading the way, new families joining our Prima family, and now — Halloween chaos in the best possible way.

We are so grateful for every single one of you. This is what "There's No Place Like Prima" truly means. 💜🩰

November is going to be even more incredible. Stay tuned for big news coming soon! 👀

✨ Throwing it back to last year’s Snow Queen and Nutcracker Prince — and we are so thrilled to share that they’re back this season, stepping into the iconic roles of Sugar Plum Fairy and Nutcracker Prince. 🩰💙

We are once again so grateful to have Samuel H. joining us from Minneapolis, where he studies Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Modern. A heartfelt thank-you to Timothy Herian, director at Ballaré Teatro, for making this partnership possible — for the second year in a row. Samuel has been an absolute joy to work with, and watching him grow alongside our Prima dancers has been something truly special.

Our Sugar Plum Fairy, Adalyn, has grown up at Prima, and each season her artistry reaches a new level. Last year, we watched her step into the Snow Queen with confidence and grace. This year, we get to see her embody the magic of the Sugar Plum Fairy — and she is absolutely ready for this moment.

From last year’s Snow Scene to this year’s Kingdom of Sweets, their dedication, connection, and artistry continue to inspire every dancer watching from the wings.

We cannot wait for you to experience the magic they create onstage this weekend. 🩰✨

Something sweet is coming to the Land of Sweets 🍬✨ Meet our Marzipan dancers! They’ve been working so hard on their precision, musicality, and those signature light, bouncy steps, and every rehearsal brings them closer to the magic of the stage. We can’t wait for you to see them shine!

It’s Halloween week at Prima! 🎃🩰

We’re bringing the spooky vibes to the studio this week — dancers are invited to come to class in a fun (dance-friendly!) costume, and we’ll be celebrating with a little Halloween magic in every class.

Yes, you can still do ballet in a tutu vampire costume. Yes, we’ve seen it. Yes, it was incredible. 👻✨

Get those costumes ready — we can’t wait to see what our dancers come up with!

We’re not a competition studio. We’re not trying to be.

We’re something different — a place where classical technique meets intentional artistry, where every dancer at every level is valued, and where the goal isn’t the trophy. It’s the dancer.

At Prima, we believe in slow, beautiful growth. We believe in fundamentals. We believe in community. And we believe that every child who walks through our doors deserves to feel like they belong here.

There’s no place like Prima. ✨

Enrollment is still open for select fall classes. DM us or tap the link in bio to schedule a free trial.
