I am thoroughly enjoying my Exercise Physiology program! Although I’ve always been a huge advocate of continued learning throughout life, it still feels pretty crazy to be enrolled in a grad program full-time while working full-time. But this time around my goal was to enjoy the process rather than focus on the end result, and what a difference that mindset makes. Feedback from professors like this one let me know I made the right decision. Learning is fun when you enjoy the subject matter! 📙💥💪🏼😁

In addition to cardio before lifting weights 4x/ week, I’m back to jiujitsu 2x/ week, plus I try to get a hike 🥾, bike ride 🚵🏾♂️, or paddle 🚣🏾 in over the weekend. San Diego life fits my lifestyle. ✅😎
