PROGRAM INFORMATION:
Girls and Boys Middle School & High School (as of Fall 2022)

Cost Per Month:
Full 12 Week - 3 Days per week - $129.00/Month with 12 week commitment ($378.00 total)

Per 4 week phase - 3 Days per week - $169.00/Month with 4 week commitment

Phase 1 - May 10 - June 4th
Phase 2 - June 7th - July 2nd
Phase 3 - July 5th - July 30th

Middle School:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm and Saturdays at 2:00-3:00pm

High School:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30-7:30pm and Saturdays at 3:00-4:00pm

We have two 4-week programs that will help athletes build confidence on and off the puck, teach them the principles of proper strength training, and focus on speed and power development to excel at all phases of Hockey!
