🔥 GAME CHANGER CAMP UPDATE 🔥

We’re only two weeks into the Game Changer Speed & Agility Camp and the improvements have been incredible!

One of the biggest changes we’ve seen is in our athletes’ movement mechanics:

✅ Better hip extension for more powerful strides

✅ Improved knee drive for faster acceleration

✅ Increased coordination and body control

Many young athletes have never been taught how to run efficiently. When they learn the fundamentals, they don’t just look faster—they move with more confidence and athleticism.

The best part? These athletes are building skills that transfer to every sport, whether it’s football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, all of which the athletes in the camp play.

Three spots left in Complete Performance Soccer. The June session starts in one week.

This camp builds the parts of a soccer player most camps skip.
✅ How they accelerate.
✅ How they stop and change direction without losing a step.
✅ How they hold their strength through a full season instead of fading in the second half.

Add position-specific skill work and small-sided games where it all gets tested, and your player leaves faster, stronger, and harder to knock off the ball.

Game Changer Speed & Agility has 4 spots left for the June start.

That's it. Twelve total, eight taken.

We cap it at twelve because anything more than that means coaches stop coaching and start managing. The whole reason this camp works is the ratio --small enough that every athlete gets seen, corrected, and pushed every rep.

If your athlete is grades 5–8 and you've been waiting to commit, the next two weeks are when those four spots go.

📢 “GET YOUR KNEES UP!”

One of the most overused coaching cues in speed training.

The problem?
Most athletes don’t need to THINK about lifting their knees higher. Knees up during acceleration usually causes more issues than you think. Plus, getting the knees too high slows down the cycling pattern.

High knee action is usually the RESULT of:
✅ Better force application into the ground
✅ Strong front-side mechanics
✅ Proper posture
✅ More horizontal power
✅ Better timing and stiffness

If an athlete is forcing their knees up…
they often end up:
❌ Reaching
❌ Over-striding
❌ Leaning back
❌ Causes deceleration, especially during acceleration
❌ Can cause more vertical force than linear force

Elite speed is about applying force efficiently.

Instead of yelling “knees up,” try coaching:
👉 Push the ground away
👉 Strike down under the hips
👉 Stay tall through the torso (during max velocity)
👉 Drive knees forward (during acceleration)
👉 Be violent into the ground

Good mechanics create natural knee lift.

Great coaching focuses on CAUSE — not just what looks flashy on the surface. Get your knees up might work for some athletes in some situations, so it is not inherently bad, just make sure you know why and when to use your tools.

If you're not testing, you're not getting faster.

You're just guessing.

Most kids who train spend a year of effort assuming they're improving because they feel stronger, look more athletic, or hit a personal best in practice that nobody had a stopwatch on. That's not progress. That's hope.

Every sprint is laser-timed. Every adjustment between reps is measured against the result. We know to the thousandth of a second whether what we just changed actually made the athlete faster.

When you can see the number move, you can train against it. When you can't, you're back to guessing.

This is why our athletes hit the results they sign up for. Not because we hope they will. Because we measure whether they are, every step of the way.

What 30 seconds of an ATP session looks like.

Different sports. Different ages. Different goals.

But watch the room — everyone is working. Everyone is pushing the athlete next to them. Nobody is coasting through a rep because they think nobody's watching.

That's not an accident. That's the standard.

When the athlete on the line next to you is going full speed, you go full speed. When the partner on the other side of the wall drill is locked in, you lock in. The room raises the floor.
