Amazing job ladies!
This weekend, our team represented something bigger than just stepping on stage.
At Chamfit, we believe bodybuilding and fitness competition prep is about discipline, resilience, sacrifice, and becoming the strongest version of yourself mentally and physically. Watching Kyla, Carson, Tessa, Trae, and Jessica step on stage this weekend was a reflection of months of hard work, consistency, and commitment behind the scenes.
Most people only see the final look under the lights.
They donβt see the early morning cardio.
The strict meal plans.
The exhaustion.
The self-doubt competitors have to overcome.
The discipline it takes to keep pushing when nobody is watching.
This team earned every moment they had on stage.
As a gym and coaching team, we could not be more proud of how these athletes represented themselves, our coaching, and the culture we are building. Every athlete brought heart, professionalism, confidence, and work ethic to the stage, and thatβs what matters most.
