Individual Semifinals THIS WEEKEND and we’re fired up to watch Chelsea compete!
She finished the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals in the top 1% and has qualified to compete in her TWELFTH Semifinals!
Making it past Quarterfinals and earning a chance to compete for a shot at the CrossFit Games is a huge accomplishment and doing it for the 12th year is something truly special!
We’re incredibly proud of Chelsea and can’t wait to cheer her on this weekend. Let’s go! 🔥

“MURPH”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
If you have a weight vest or body armor, wear it
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We never said it was going to be easy.
We just said it was going to be worth it.
Results don’t come from one perfect workout, one perfect meal, or one burst of motivation. They come from showing up. Again and again. From stacking habits. From accumulating small wins over time until one day you realize you’ve become stronger, healthier, tougher, and more confident than the version of yourself that first walked through the door.
There are no shortcuts and honestly, you wouldn’t want there to be anyway. Because the struggle is where the growth happens. The challenge is what gives the result meaning.
Every early morning. Every heavy lift. Every hard workout. Every day you show up when you didn’t feel like it… it all adds up.
