Tailor Made Performance

We've broken the record for the number of race participants, which is A. MAZ. ING. But that also means a few things:

HIGH REGISTRATION NUMBERS means:
**You and 4,300+ others are competing for parking and shuttles. DON’T wait until the last minute for the final shuttle. It can only hold a finite number of passengers. Please get to the Start Line EARLY and enjoy all the festivities.

**WE. WILL. RUN. OUT. OF. SHIRTS. Being angry at volunteers won't help. Please contact the race director with all that pent-up frustration - [email protected]. She will explain that she ordered based on previous years' participation. Remember, we BROKE THE RECORD by far this year - by several hundred.

**VOLUNTEERS STILL NEED TO GIVE OUT 1,400 BIBS. 1,400 people who registered HAVE NOT PICKED UP BIBS. If you are one of them, PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL 9:00 PM to pick it up. There is no way that six volunteers can handle hundreds of people in a short period of time. Bib & t-shirt pick up opens at 4:00 PM. Please come EARLY.

In other news...

ROAD CONSTRUCTION DELAYS - Construction at the Geist/Mitchell intersection is causing major delays. Plan to travel early to reach your destination, whether it be to park at the Start Line OR to catch the shuttle from Carlson Center. The shuttle will be impacted by traffic delays, too.

SHUTTLE
*Start Line parking is at West Valley/Hutchison High School. A free shuttle will return you after the race. Post-race Shuttle Times: (Pioneer Park to West Valley HS-Fairbanks St.) 11:30 pm~12 midnight~12:30 am~1:00 am FINAL

*Finish Line parking is at the Carlson Center. A free shuttle will take you to the Start Line.
Pre-race Shuttle Times: (Carlson Center to West Valley HS-Fairbanks St.) 7:15 pm~7:45 pm~8:15 pm~8:45 pm~9:15 pm FINAL

The Alaska Goldpanners are looking for families to host our collegiate summer players from out of state this season.

✔ Provide a place to stay
✔ Access to meals & laundry
✔ Transportation to the field (appreciated)

🎟 Host families receive FREE season tickets, including to the Midnight Sun Game.
