Nanooks Announce Vendors for Upcoming Fourth Annual Food Truck Rally - University of Alaska Fairbanks Athletics FAIRBANKS - The Alaska Nanooks Department of Athletics has announced the list of attendees for the Fourth Annual Food Truck Rally happening during the Denali State Bank Ice Block Classic and Blue/Gold Race on Saturday, Sept. 5.

What an experience!🚒

Yesterday, the Nanooks volleyball team took a trip to the Warren B. Cummings Fire Station Headquarters of Fairbanks and learned what a day in the life of a firefighter is like! The team learned about commonly used gear and equipment, the capabilities, and then swung into action for a simulation activity!

We'd like to thank Fairbanks Fire for not only welcoming us for a fun day, but also for their continued service to the Fairbanks and North Star Borough communities.

Nanooks Volleyball Announces 2026 Schedule and Promo Calendar - University of Alaska Fairbanks Athletics FAIRBANKS - The 2025 co-GNAC champions return to action with a loaded schedule this 2026. Alongside strong competition, the Nanooks volleyball team will have plenty of promotional and theme nights planned for fans in the Alaska Airlines Gymnasium at the Patty Center.

We loved meeting so many members of the Fairbanks community, handing out UAF Volleyball swag, and sharing our excitement for the upcoming season. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello — we can't wait to see you in the Patty Center this fall! 💙
