Our team members are gearing up for a big week in sports, with Coach Will tackling the Alaska Endurance Trail Run 24 and Eclipse Soccer athletes competing in the Alaska Cup - we're sending them all positive thoughts.
There will be no classes tomorrow at 12pm and 5:30pm, while other sessions will go ahead as scheduled.
Saturday is also cancelled while coaches are out.
Thank you to everyone who showed up today at Sundog CrossFit to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Sundog CrossFit was proud to sponsor a special running clinic for local competitive soccer club, Eclipse Soccer. ⚽️
We brought in two awesome Nanook XC coaches to help train these athletes on running mechanics, speed, and preparation heading into their competitive summer season.
It’s always incredible watching young athletes put in the work, ask questions, and push themselves to improve. Proud to support the next generation of Fairbanks athletes. 💪

We are SO proud of our junior athlete, Samuel! 👏
Samuel is 10 years old and has been consistently showing up to our Kids CrossFit class at 3:30pm Monday–Friday putting in the work day after day. And during the recent Golden Heart Utilities Water Walk & Run 5K hosted in Fairbanks, he finished EIGHTH overall with an incredible 21-minute 5K time — not just in his age group… overall. 🤯 (RunSignup)
This kid has BIG goals and is already training for his first marathon this summer.
Proof that consistency, discipline, and hard work add up. We can’t wait to see what’s next for you, Samuel. Let’s cheer on our junior athlete below! 👇🔥
