Our Movie Night, originally planned for tomorrow June 6th, will unfortunately have to be postponed. We will keep you posted on the new date! In the meantime, enjoy a chill night at the pool!

We invite you to join our CCH Pool app this year. With the app, you can login to your account, make reservations, and receive push notifications.

Springtime greetings from CCH tennis! This year the tennis camp will be a 5 week program running from Monday June 22 through Friday July 24. Tennis sessions will run for 55 minutes in the morning every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Friday’s used as make up days. Classes will be aligned by age group and skill. We will try to align the classes with swim team practice to enable all interested kids to participate although class assignments may vary depending on the number of participants and skills. Classes are open for all kids who are entering the first grade and above. Based on interest - an introduction to tennis class may be offered for younger kids. We have a new coach and Program Director this year, Anna Hardin, a Junior at Fairfax High School and on the Varsity Tennis Team. Cost is $180 for the entire session. Kids will need to bring their own racket. We have a relationship with Alpine Ski and Sports next to Arties, if you need any rackets and you let them know that you are part of the CCH Tennis Program you will get a 10% discount.



Enrollment is first come first serve based on payment to MemberSplash. Timeslots cannot be guaranteed as we try to work with Swim team swimmers and align classes by age and experience. Class times are also capped with only 2 courts. Class times last year were 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. These times are approximate as we may adjust to accommodate instructors and to enroll as many students as possible.

Sign up is a two step process and both steps must be done to register.

1. To enroll please log on to MemberSplash and sign up for Tennis.

2. It is very important to send an email directly to [email protected] with the following information:

child’s name, age, and grade in school,
experience level - beginner, novice/advanced beginner intermediate/advanced
Parents name and email and cell phone.

Our Spring Cleanup is this weekend! Join us tomorrow Saturday, May 2nd from 8:00 - 11:00 AM and Sunday, May 3rd 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. We love all the help we can get, and we want our pool grounds looking good for this upcoming season!

Daniels Run Woods is hosting National Night Out on Tonight, August 5 from 6:00 - 8:00PM in the CCH Pool parking lot. This is a fun event for young kids, especially those who are fire truck/police car fans!

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that’s held across the country to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. If you will be in town for the long weekend, stop by the pool for some summer fun!

For July 4, we will have popsicles for those who stop by between 4 and 6 p.m. (while they last).

On Sunday, July 6, we will celebrate the start of Shark Week with a shark themed brunch and crafts from 10-noon.

Your beloved CCH Sharks will be hosting the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL) Division 11 Relay Carnival this evening starting at 6:30pm. Gates will open at 5pm.

All six teams in our division will be swimming relay teams of four swimmers in 22 events including freestyle and medley relays. All age groups from our 8 & Unders to our 15 to 18 year olds will be fielding relay teams to compete. The night will finish off with an exhibition relay event against each team’s coaching staff.

All pool members are welcome to attend and cheer on our sharks in these exciting races with constant lead changes and close finishes. Total meet time should be less than 2 hours.

Come hungry as our concessions staff will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, and nachos as well as our famous snow cones. Cash, credit, Google and Apple pay are accepted.

Don’t leave without purchasing a commemorative t-shirt to mark the occasion.
