We aren’t a Classical studio and we’re not completely Contemporary either.

Our studio was carefully curated to bring the best of both worlds. One way we did this was swapping out the straps for handles on our Reformers.

The handles give our members a stronger connection in their grip, which turns into a better connection in the shoulder.

The modern design from ELEMENTS by Momentum World ensures the new straps & handles can be used on our modern machines and super easy to clean.

Join us as we raise money alongside Teasers 4 Tatas during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Our in-studio event will be on Saturday, October 17th at 8am + 9am. Attendees will be asked to donate funds that will eventually go towards wellness services form those battling breast cancer. We suggest $50, but any amount is welcome.

You can also virtually join the Teasers For Tatas flagship event on Sunday, October 25th. Visit www.teasers4tatas.org for information and register for this event in the Pilates Society App today.
