Our last practice of the regular season was all hard work!

We’ve been prepping for school tryouts with handle work, shooting work, and a ton of endurance work.

Our last regular season games are Sunday and last nights ball movement is telling me we will see some instant classics!

Some highlights we missed the opportunity to share 2 weeks ago! This Texas v. Florida matchup is one worth monitoring for playoffs 👀

🏀🔥 10/25 • 4:30 PM GAME RECAP 🔥🏀

Maryland held off Texas in a hard-fought matchup, despite the return of Andrew Riek, who wasted no time making his presence felt! 💪

Riek led all scorers with 18 points in his return from injury, but it wasn’t enough to get Texas over the hump. Maryland had answers across the lineup, with Radeen Malek leading the way with 12 points, Dawson Shore adding 7, and Madelyn Trevillian contributing 6. All three helped Maryland control the pace and manage the game down the stretch. 🏀

🔥 The impact players of the game went beyond the box score! Cameron Hines and Cannon James were all over the court, battling for rebounds on both ends and creating extra opportunities for Maryland. These two seemed to be everywhere! Alex Elmo continued to impress with his effort on both ends, adding 2 points of his own.

Charlie Louis chipped in 4 for Texas as they continued to battle, but Maryland came away with the win.

Texas is still searching for win #1, and the Lady Lobos are up next! Can Texas finally break through? 👀

🏀🔥 10/25 • 3:30 PM GAME RECAP 🔥🏀

Five lead changes in the final three minutes and a one-point finish! Florida edged out the Lady Lobos 39–38 in a back-and-forth battle that came down to the final buzzer. 🏀⏰

Kingston Wall led all scorers with 16 points, Banks Cimino added 10, and Andrew Meier chipped in 9. While Wall’s three-point shots weren’t falling like usual, he found other ways to impact the game with smart ball movement and strong defense. 💪

Andrew Meier really stepped up in the fourth quarter, helping Florida pull through in a game where nearly every starter found themselves in foul trouble. Big-time contributions when his team needed them!

👏 The Lady Lobos continue to impress! Their ball movement was strong from start to finish. Their aggressive rebounding, tenacious team defense, and relentless finishing kept them right in the mix until the end.

They may have fallen just short, but this team is becoming a real threat. With Texas up next week, the Lady Lobos will look to turn their strong play into their first win! 👀🔥

Florida gets the win, but the Lady Lobos are making their presence felt in the Fall League! 🪣🏀

🏀🔥 10/18 • GAME RECAP 🔥🏀

Florida came out firing and took down Texas 48–24 in a game that saw Kingston Wall reclaim the Fall League scoring record! 🌴💥

Wall put together a monster performance, dropping 32 points to take back the league-high mark after Andrew Riek previously set the record at 29. Banks Cimino added 12, while the Pickett brothers, AJ and Sully, chipped in 4 apiece. Florida put together what might have been its cleanest game of the season, with crisp ball movement and contributions up and down the lineup!

Texas faced a tough challenge after Andrew Riek left with an injury and missed the entire second half. Before exiting, Riek had already put up 11 points. Charlie Louis continued to attack, finishing with 9 points and drawing multiple and-1 opportunities, while Aiden Sherer finally got on the board with his first basket of the season! 🏀👏

And the celebration doesn’t stop there. Sherer has reportedly agreed to sign autographs for fans waiting in line at Wednesday’s practice. What a moment for the young star! ✍️

Wishing Andrew a speedy recovery, and congratulations to Aiden on getting that first bucket! The Fall League keeps delivering. 🪣🔥

🏀 10/18 GAME RECAP 🔥

Maryland got the job done, taking down the Lady Lobos 31–22 in the Lobos’ first game with the Full Bucket Hoops Fall League! 💪

Henry Stevenson led an undeniable charge with 14 points, setting the tone on the offensive end. Bennett Shore added 9 points, while Cannon James chipped in 4 in the win. Maryland’s balanced attack was on display once again, with all but one player finding the scoresheet! 🪣🏀

👏 Shoutout to the Lady Lobos! They put together multiple outstanding individual performances and played a strong game from start to finish. Even in a loss, they showed they can compete and make things interesting!

The Lady Lobos have two games left on their Fall League schedule, with Florida up next before they wrap things up against Texas. Can they bounce back and make some noise in their final two matchups? 👀🔥
