5 AM workout with Lee at the Studio! 💪🏾
What were you doing at 5 AM? 😴😂
There’s no better way to start the weekend than getting your workout done early!
Consistency and discipline are the name of the game.
Bad night? Show up.
Tired? Show up.
Not motivated? Show up.
You don’t always have to feel like doing it. Sometimes you just have to show up, put in the work, and get it done—no matter the time.
Discipline over feelings. Every time. 🔥

Coffee Talk:
PATIENT.
We are always in a rush to get somewhere. We want everything to happen right now, and sometimes we forget to slow down and let things happen in their own time.
Trust the process. It might take a little longer than you expected, but in the meantime, enjoy the journey.
Remember, God didn’t create the world in one day. He took seven days.
So why are we always in such a hurry?
Be patient. Keep working. Keep believing. Keep moving forward.
What’s meant for you will happen in God’s time. 🙏🏾

Another Cancer Survivor Choosing Strength 💪
Meet Ann Freeman, a 5-year cancer survivor and one of the amazing people I have the privilege of training.
One day this spring, Ann came by the studio and said to me, “I’ve been following you on social media, and I like what you’re doing. I want to start working out with you.”
And that was the beginning of our journey.
Since that day, Ann and her husband, Ruben, have been coming to the studio twice a week, putting in the work, getting stronger, and making their health a priority.
Ann, I want you to know how proud I am of you. Your journey is a reminder that life after cancer can be about rebuilding, getting stronger, and living fully.
Thank you, Ann and Ruben, for trusting me with your fitness and allowing me to be part of your journey. It is an honor, and I don’t take that trust for granted.
Keep showing up. Keep getting stronger. Keep moving forward.
Your health is worth fighting for. 💪

When you realize you need help…
You think you can do it yourself, then realize it’s more involved than you anticipated.
You realize that knowing what to do isn’t the same as having the discipline and accountability to do it consistently.
You realize that nutrition is often the hardest part—and having someone guide you, educate you, and hold you accountable can make all the difference.
There’s no shame in asking for help.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit, “I don’t have to do this alone.”
Stop struggling alone. Get the right guidance, build the right habits, and stay consistent.
Your health is worth the investment. 💪🏾

You can’t have the outcome without the lifestyle.
You can’t expect a strong, healthy, fit body without living the lifestyle that creates it.
You have to make the right choices with your nutrition, your sleep, your workouts, and your mindset.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent.
The results you want are built by the choices you make every single day.
Change your lifestyle, and you change your outcome. 💪🏾
