Something we often overlook...

Growth doesn't always begin with another book.

Sometimes it begins with a beach ball.

Or a jump rope.

Or laughter with women you've only just met.

During our very first Project Campfire, we spent time playing, reflecting, moving, journaling, and having conversations that many of us don't slow down long enough to have.

Afterwards, women shared things like:

"Changing the story is always possible."

"It can make you feel less alone."

"It reminded me that the stories I tell myself can change."

That was exactly the hope.

Because confidence doesn't usually arrive all at once.

It grows through experiences.

Through movement.

Through connection.

Through giving ourselves permission to play again.

Thank you to every woman who joined us for our first session and helped shape what's next.

And a special thank you to for generously donating her time and talent to capture these moments while building her photography portfolio. We are so grateful!

Maybe play isn’t something we outgrow. Maybe it’s something we need to find again.

More opportunities to move, connect, get curious and rediscover play are coming this fall. ✨

What can happen when you start where you are—and keep showing up?

For Lydia: more strength. Better sleep. Less joint pain. Greater confidence. New friendships. And more riding, hiking, and lifting than ever.

“I’m in better shape than ever—and I’m in the throes of menopause.”

That’s what WOW is about: building strength for the life and adventures you want outside the gym.

Limited spots are available in our Tuesday + Thursday 6–7 AM group in Grand Junction, Colorado.

WHAT. A. WEEK. 💛

Eight women said YES to five days of riding, camping, hot spring-ing, river soaking, waterfall swimming—and experiencing the wild beauty of the Idaho backcountry together.

Five days off the grid—unplugged, fully present, and more connected to ourselves, one another, and the wild places around us.

There were big climbs, long descents and river cruising. Morning coffee calls, endless snacks, big laughs, and so many moments of pure joy.

But the part we’ll remember most is the people.

Women spanning four decades—from their 20s to their 60s—encouraging one another, sharing stories, playing, laughing, and becoming a community.

A huge thank-you to Western Spirit Cycling Adventures and our incredible guides, Ashley and Kira. Watching these remarkable young women lead with strength, skill, heart, and humor made our week even more special.

This was our first Idaho DOSE Adventure, and we came home tired, dirty, grateful, and completely full.

What a privilege to share this experience with such a powerful and inspiring group of women.

More to come once the gear is unpacked, the tutus washed and the photos sorted—and all the feelings.

Yay adventure! Yay women! Yay river soaking! 🚵‍♀️

Adventure is Calling.

In just a few days, we'll be trading busy schedules for playing in the dirt, riding bikes, hot spring-ing, campfires, and a whole lot of time outside.

One of my favorite parts of these adventures isn't just where we ride.

It's watching strangers become teammates. Watching confidence grow one mile and connections deepen one conversation at a time.

Adventure has a funny way of reminding us what we're capable of.

We can't wait to unplug, be fully present, and share this experience with an incredible group of women.

See you on the other side of adventure. 💛

Most of the meaningful decisions in my life happened before I felt ready.

Leaving my corporate career.
Going to graduate school.
Moving to Colorado alone.

I had no idea how any of it would turn out.

Looking back, confidence wasn't something I found first.

It was something I built—through choices, uncertainty, and a willingness to take the next step.

As a kid, I loved Choose Your Own Adventure books. Looking back, I think they planted a seed that quietly shaped how I live.

Our stories aren't written all at once.

They're written one choice at a time.

Don't wait to feel ready. Sometimes the first step is what creates the confidence. ❤️

Some moments remind us what community is all about. ❤️

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the wildfires across Colorado and Utah—especially the families, loved ones, and fellow firefighters grieving the loss of the three firefighters who lost their lives.

Many of our trails, canyons, forests, and public lands that bring us together are being protected by people willing to do incredibly hard things.

If you're wondering how to help, choose one small act:
• Check in on a friend or neighbor.
• Thank a firefighter or first responder.
• Support organizations caring for firefighters and their families.
• Share information only from trusted, official sources.

Connection doesn't always begin with a grand gesture. Sometimes it starts with one text, one thank you, one donation, or one conversation.

Thank you to every firefighter, first responder, dispatcher, and support crew working tirelessly to protect our communities and the places we love.

❤️

Some mornings it’s motivation.

Some mornings it’s discipline.

But most mornings?
It’s community.

It’s knowing a group of women is showing up beside you at 6 AM — cheering you on, lifting with you, laughing with you, reminding you that you’re capable of more than you think.

WOW was never just about weights.

It’s about building consistency through connection.
Confidence through challenge.
Strength that carries into everyday life.

And honestly? There’s something pretty powerful about starting your day with women who genuinely want to see each other win.

Grand Junction women — if you’ve been curious, consider this your invitation.
