First class is always free so you got nothing to lose! Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m. Good music, good workout, and good friends!

I just found out, in this moment, that a client of mine, and a friend to us all…has passed, suddenly. I am trying to get information of how we can support her family, because of course we will. Hold tight Fusion Fam, I’ll know more soon.

Hey all, Cass here I know it’s been awhile. The last couple of months i’ve been prioritizing my happiness and boy does it feel good. Been cleaning my butt off, working out(I lost 20 pounds here hereeeeee!!!), hanging with family and friends, and eating good ass food. I hope your all doing good, i missed you guys. Let me know how you’ve been spending your spring/summer. I’m gonna be so much better about posting on here, ok love you byeeee!!!!
