Today we’re giving a shoutout to Wilderness Systems Ambassador Denise Fletcher (Denise Fletcher), who’s out there putting in the time, chasing big fish, and showing what kayak fishing is all about.

From early mornings to unforgettable catches, we’re proud to have women like Denise representing the Wilderness Systems community.

🎃 THINGS THAT SCARE KAYAK ANGLERS 💀

Forget ghosts and haunted houses… the real nightmares happen on the water. 👻

🔋 A dead battery miles from the launch.
🌬️ When the forecast says 5 mph but Mother Nature has other plans.
🎣 Watching the fish of a lifetime get away.
😱 Getting to the launch and realizing your pedal drive is still at home.
🌅 And maybe the scariest of all… having to call it a day when the fish are biting.

Every kayak angler has lived through at least one of these!
