Linger is a low-flow choreography class that focuses on stretching out the moment, holding on to every movement and spin until you absolutely have to let go. Linger is about patience, about controlling the speed of time, about making one moment last for an entire performance.

Despite technically following the criteria for beginner skills, the stamina & strength needed to be successful is this workshop warranted including an Intermediate rating

Pre-requisites: Ability to hold body weight using upper body. Pole Sit. Side Climb.

Needed: Kneepads, Heels
