Everyone, meet Madeline. Ten months ago, she decided to make a change, and she’s been absolutely crushing it ever since.

Since joining us, Madeline has lost an astonishing 75 pounds!

Her journey, in her own words, is truly powerful:

“Sometimes I don’t recognize old photos of myself. Losing 75 pounds has been one of the most emotional and difficult experiences. F45 Center Grove has been a huge part of this process for me. I’m proud of the person I am and everything I’ve overcome. This journey has given me my freedom back!”
