Tournament weekend tomorrow so no classes but Sunday at 545pm is still going on this week! Have a good weekend and stay cool.

No 6pm because of the heat, 7pm only today!

Training schedule this week:

Mon: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
Wed: 6pm and 7pm
Sat: No training this week!
Sun: 545pm

Coming in a few weeks, Armory parents will have the chance to book a training time. There will be more times available for the times outside of the class schedule. Should provide flexibility for busy families! The ability to book will also extend to those that might be interested in personal training (all ages and goals) in the morning hours.

Congratulations to online Armory athlete Luis Torres on his bronze medal in karate at the Central American games!

New schedule starts this week!

This schedule will run through Oct. From Oct to the end of Jan there will be more sessions available.

This current week will mark the end of the summer session and morning classes. Starting Aug 3 the fall schedule will be begin. Right now I have classes scheduled for Mon and Wed at 5pm and 6pm; Sat at 930am and Sun at 545pm.

Armory parents: I am petitioning you to let me know if those don't days and times don't work with your schedule and if not; when would? I could add a 7pm session or perhaps sessions on Thursday. Let me know in the comments or message me the schedule that works for you!
