Love Yourself : Progress Over Perfection. I started a group in February that included accountability for workouts, positive mindset, and nutrition guidance. At the end of the 3 months there was a Photoshoot with 💚 The pictures were not to look “perfect”, but to feel the best about yourself in that moment.
Ava hears my positive talk, even on the bad days.
Ava knows working out and movement in our house is a priority.
Ava understands a balanced, healthy diet is important but we do slip sometimes.
I wanted Ava to see herself through my eyes during this photoshoot, a strong, beautiful girl that can do anything she puts her mind to!
I wanted the same for all 34 women who joined this group as well.
Each day is a chapter in our book of life, if you’re not able to write a good page one day, it’s up to you to flip the page and make the next one better.
Looking forward to another collab with Lindsay and her phenomenal self!
