We opened our doors on July 1, 2025 and we are so happy to be Hixson's ONLY dedicated yoga studio! Won't you come and join the community? We LOVE community!

With over 14 classes per week 6 days a week we have a variety of classes to suit every BODY! Debbie Parsons wanted to create a space that is warm and inviting, and that's exactly what people are saying. These magical chimes are called Koshi Bells. They make a regular appearance during our Second Sunday Sound Baths. They will wash over you singing their healing vibrations and bringing the body into a peaceful space of ease and restoration.

Oh my goodness it's JUNE!!!

No changes from our May schedule. But we have got a lot of fun things planned for June beyond the classes!

We have FREE events like meeting up for dinner, coffee and a hike at Greenway Farms. We have a fun "Playshop" for those wanting to learn deeper more challenges versions of our classic yoga postures. We, of course, have our Second Sunday Sound Bath Meditation. And finally, we have an incredible opportunity with a local QHHT Practitioner that will be guiding you through a couple of powerful meditations that are designed to open up a channel to past life experiences as well as meeting your Guides.

Most people don’t realize how deeply sound can affect the body.

A gong bath isn’t just something you listen to… it’s something you feel.

As the Gong is struck, the vibrations move through the body in a way that can help release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet the constant mental chatter. It’s one of the few practices where you don’t have to “do” anything at all. No stretching. No effort. You simply lie down and receive.

There is even research that been done that shows sound meditation practices like gong baths can help reduce stress, lower anxiety levels, and promote deeper relaxation. It does this by slowing brainwave activity and moving the nervous system into a state of calm.

So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, run down, or stuck in your head, this practice is another simple tool you can use to give your body and mind a break.

All you have to do is show up, get comfortable, and let the healing sound vibrations take you away.
