Come for the miles, stay for the fellowship!

Feeling brainy? Stay after and join a trivia team @ 8pm hosted by ! Our teams are often quite competitive! Play a few rounds or stay for the whole thing!

Looking for a race to train for? Join us for our social runs or for our training group runs. Fall Racing is just around the corner. Also follow our Heylo for race discounts and other running news.

As always remember to take care of the bartenders Rice village location.

Time: 530 to 730pm
The group run departs .
Guests: Veloci running shoe demo.
Distance: 3 or 5 miles.

Come out and try some shoes! Veloci just released their Mesa line of running shoes.

Congrats to our women's training group who completed their training cycle and finished the Diva half marathon in Galveston this past weekend! Amazing work out there ladies!

Thank you for the shoe donations! We are collecting shoes all month for a cause. Bring us your retired running shoes! We will make sure they go to a good cause!

Its taper week for our BON Beauties training group. Cheers these ladies on as they participate in the Diva marathon this weekend!

Congrats to our Trivia team from last week. They got 3rd while playing pub quiz.

The Bayou nash relay is this Sat at 4pm. It will take place at TC Jester park . There is the HARRA spring picnic after. Come join and get a team or volunteer.

Tuesday may be the best day of the week! Busy weekend out there for everyone! TIR, Hyrox, a few local 5k's. Seems like there was something for everyone out there! Come join us for a few easy recovery miles. Legs still trashed after TIR, come anyways and swap stories. Bring a hat or visor jic we get a shower. We run rain or shine!

Group run leaves at 630pm from Rice Village location. There are always cold refreshments available for purchase after. Don't forget to take care of your bartenders!
